As I've seen other posters say, don't be put off by the outside. The owner has bought the entire property and is slowly renovating all of the old trailers in to a rental vacation spot. I can really see his eventual vision. Once inside the house you totally forget what is going on outside. It's updated, clean and very cozy. If staying in number 11, be aware that the housekeeper lives on site next door and has a lot of chickens, ducks and geese which are all around the trailer so, if you don't like animals this place isn't for you. Our 3 year old loved them though and after we left kept asking if we were going back to see the chickens.
The house doesn't come with anything like body wash, shampoo/conditioner or tea/coffee so make sure you bring that kind of stuff with you. This was my first VRBO stay so I'm not sure if that's normal or not. Luckily, there is a store not too far away if you forget anything or need groceries for a longer stay. There is a nice updated washer and dryer, internet was good and strong and streaming services were available on the TV. Plenty of blankets and comfy couch and chairs. The king bedroom is very comfortable and quiet. The queen bedroom seems to be closer to the AC unit so if you don't like it cold or you need it quiet in your room you don't want to be in that room. Luckily my Mom likes it cold and likes noise to go to sleep so it worked well for her. Over all we had a really pleasant stay. Owner was easy to contact and chat with and was accommodating of our request to check in early. We would rent this place again if we ever came back and I can't wait to see what it looks like when they're finished with the renovations.
