Cottage Home PEI is a spacious vacation rental designed specifically for large groups of families and friends. With the capacity to accommodate up to 12 people in comfortable beds, it’s the perfect place for gatherings and creating lasting memories.
Our main floor features an open concept layout, fully equipped kitchen, custom island, dining and living area with fireplace. Additionally, there’s a powder room with complete laundry facilities. The living space extends across the front of the house, boasting numerous windows to embrace the view. The Ezy Suite, located on the main floor, features a queen-sized four-poster bed with beautiful linens and a private three-piece bathroom.
The Lofty Master Suite features an ensuite with dual vanities and a spacious stand-up shower. It is furnished with a Queen slate bed, a pillow-top mattress, and exquisite bed linens and pillows. The suite also includes a large seating area with a custom bar, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a work desk with an ocean view. A vast viewing deck with lounge seating extends from the suite. Additionally, there is a separate workout room equipped with weights, a bicycle, an elliptical, and yoga mats.
On the lower level, there are two additional spacious bedrooms: Bella and Wispy. Bella, the larger room, serves as the family bedroom, ideal for those traveling with infants, and includes a queen bed, a crib, and storage for a baby seat, gate, and playpen in the closet. Wispy, the second bedroom, exudes charm with its rustic whitewashed queen bed and soothing color palette, complemented by a large chest stocked with ample beach towels for all guests.
On the main floor, relish the walk-out deck designed for entertainment, complete with a barbecue, pizza oven, and a seating area furnished with a table and chairs. Nestled between the barbecue/dining space and the screened-in porch is a large, rustic bar with stools—ideal for savoring the morning vista over coffee or enjoying evening beverages with friends and family. The enclosed sun porch offers a table for games and a seating area boasting a stunning view.
Steps away, descend to a fire-pit area spacious enough for family gatherings filled with games and storytelling. For your convenience, we’ve stacked wood, accompanied by ample Adirondack chairs. Starter wood is available behind the garage.. Feel free to use it.
Above deck, this expansive upper outdoor living area extends across the home’s front, featuring seating and loungers for sunbathing, complemented by a full-size electric awning. It’s the quintessential spot for evening socials with a panoramic ocean view and a glass of wine in hand. At dawn and dusk, watch as cranes alight on the shore to feed, highlighting our location on a bird migration route.
Located at the rear is a spacious pergola offering partial ocean views. It provides a secluded area for complete relaxation and quiet moments. Indulge in our new hot tub, situated just a short walk from a beautifully crafted hammock that accommodates two. Alternatively, savor some drinks and music while unwinding with friends and family in the hot tub. An outdoor shower, equipped with both hot and cold water, is conveniently close for a refreshing nighttime shower beneath the stars. Additionally, we feature an indoor sauna for your enjoyment.
Our Bose speaker is available for both indoor and outdoor enjoyment. Please ensure you download your music prior to arrival. Additionally, be mindful of others since sound carries over the water.
We provide all linens, pillows, towel sets, beach towels, paper towels, and toilet paper with the Stocked Pantry! Tipping the pantry jar helps keep it full for the convenience of others.
