"The apartment was so clean, homey, and smelled great (which is a huge plus for me!). The only thing that I think could be improved is in the check-in instructions, it should include that the apartment is in the middle section of the building, and is apartment 600- 3 floors up. It took us a good 10 minutes to figure out where it was. Otherwise, we will most likely book again for a weekend getaway!"

"The property was very nice and very clean, but I would have definitely chosen another area to rent if I had known that they had no sense of customer service. My boyfriend works on a substation in the area, working for the city, so I was meeting him up there for the weekend since he was working overtime. There was NO indication on the post that only one parking spot was available and that all other cars would be towed, which was extremely inconvenient for him since he needed to have his own car...

"Condo was great. Perhaps the cleanest rental ive ever stayed in. Bed was the most comfortable I've ever had in a rental. Great location to walk everywhere in Helen. The only drawback is the noise from the rental above, which can not be controlled by the rental agency. "

"Loved the location, layout and design of property. I would have given it 5 stars, exceptfor the fact that the sofa bed mattress was covered with dog hair and filth from outside. There was also a spot under the sofa of dog barf/pee that needs to be cleaned up. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the place. The deck over river was so nice. I do think their homeowners association really needs to clean up the exterior of the building, and do a total paint job,. Why pay hoa fees if some doesn't go...
