Reasonably close to town/shops (Moruya, NOT Batemans Bay as shown on Stayz). Close to river for water activities, and large grassed area for ball games. Beach at Broulee only 20 min drive. "We had a great experience with Andy hosting us, as he was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay there. We loved the personal touches such as the personalised Vegemite with our name on it and the dedicated dog area of treats and toys for our young pup. The property is very private due to its location but also close enough to the local shops. We had one of the most relaxing times staying here at the end of 2023 and look forward to staying here...

"Spacious comfortable apartment with lovely balcony but not the cleanest and rather cluttered - more like someone’s home than holiday rental. With a little effort (renew cracked wash basin, clean cooking utensils) it could be wonderful. The entrance (via a filthy stairway of some 37 steps - not mentioned in details and no lift) was most unwelcoming. However Madecomfy, the booking agents, were excellent to deal with even supplying 2 fans within an hour of request on arrival day."

"Nice property but if you are looking forward to using the pool clarify that it will be open as it was closed for our entire 3 day stay very disappointing. Also access is via steep tiled stairs that are very slippery when it’s wet and sections have no handrail. one of our guests had a very nasty fall so I would say the property is not CCD suited to those with mobility issues in particular. Great location close to shops ect"

"The Unit was beautiful and looks exactly as the photos show, very comfortable, view stunning. 2 x screen doors need mesh repairing and the BBQ was clean on top, but the fat wasn't cleaned out of the bottom tray. Getting the key from the letterbox was a bit difficult as the keypad didn't work very well. we enjoyed our stay and would go back. "
