"Check in was easy, although I was either told wrong time for breakfast or didn't hear correctly as I went down at 915am and was told breakfast was over. Thought it was till at least till 10. The rest of the stay was fine. The room was clean and everything was what you'd expect. No other issues with the stay. Wish the hotel would either post breakfast on websites or maybe in rooms for customers to take note of. A lot of people get in late and not always focusing on the repeated monolog the front...

"We had a good time but the only problem was when a lady started screaming for help in the middle of the night. It lasted for about 15 minutes. It is hard to go back to skeep after that. "

"The gentleman at check in was so friendly and welcoming! The room was clean. The hotel itself seems it needs minor touchups to not make it look run down. The heating/cooling unit was making rattling noises when it wasn’t even on. Assuming it was from the wind outside. As for Hotels.com, I am unsure if we will book again. Seems it was a hassle at check in. They tried 3x to charge my card again for the entire cost. It flagged my card. "
