"My husband and I and friends have just returned from our week long stay in Marine’s lovely home in Avignon. Marine is a wonderful host who does everything possible to ensure her guest’s comfort. The accommodations are comfortable, charming and well equipped, which alone would rate 5 stars. However, it is location that truly distinguishes this property. "Definitely rustic! There is no air conditioning, so on days with little breeze you will want to close the shutters on the sunny side and be in the pool. There are two buildings separated by a covered patio, so plenty of privacy for couples. Our family of 9 was not at all crowded. The property is far enough from town that cell service was spotty at best. The only issue we faced was the internet was out (animal damage to the line!) and it took several days for the "cable guy" to get there....

"The house was ideal for our stay in the area. It was well equipped and the pool was lovely. We'd stay again as its a beautiful old house but we found stored the heat well during our August stay and relies on fans for cooling. Also just double check additional costs for cleaning and linen!"

"Just returned from a lovely stay in Mouries, Provence. Rudy the owner was extremely helpful on arrival recommending some super places for us to visit. The air-conditioning was extremely welcome in the current heatwave we've been experiencing. A great boulangerie/patisserie 2 minutes on foot down the road (one of several in the town!) . Great base for our trips out to visit the region. The garden was particularly lovely to sit out in - beautifully maintained."

"This house swallowed up our extended family of 10 adults and 9 grandchildren, with plenty of space for all. The large kitchen is superb with outdoor or indoor dining. The sitting room likewise is spacious, comfortable and air conditioned. All the bedrooms / bathrooms are excellent. "A beautifully restored property. We had a wonderful stay. The house is very well equipped and renting was a very smooth process. Odile was very helpful right from the start. When we arrived, we had an issue with one of the units anc it was fixed the next day. Lovely view from the terrace and the pool was perfect for us. Everything was just right"

"Die Unterkunft ist optimal, um die Provence zu erkunden. Man ist super schnell in Avignon. Ausflüge nach Arles, Orange, Richtung Mont Ventoux oder in die Carmargue sind zeitlich gut erreichbar. "Beautiful setting in vineyards, distant view of Mt Ventoux and impressive and roomy house. A few updates probably required but otherwise a hugely enjoyable and memorable experience enjoyed by us all. "Swimming" in the outdoor pool every morning was a great way to wake up; lovely quiet lanes from the house allowing us to explore on bikes - Chateauneuf du Pape and Pont du Gard within round trip distance. "Well equipped property in a great location for visits in the surrounding areas. Good outside space with a shaded area and if the heat is too much there is air conditioning inside. Sandrine is a super hostess and couldn’t have been more helpful."
