"Smart property with friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet served in the morning. Hotel is in a quieter area of Blackpool seafront which will suit many, but otherwise it's a bit of a walk to attractions and facilities."

"Highly functional room with everything perfectly placed and all the amenities you would ever want to make for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast was lovely - highly varied with an amazing selection of gorgeous cheeses and meats, cereals, fruit, waffles, pastries etc plus the usual hot food selection. Tiny downside - I would have liked more veggie offerings. "

"The hotel was comfortable and had wonderful views of the lake . The decor had a Scottish feel and was clean. We were booked to have a Snug but ended up having a classic double. So spacious a d comfortable. For breakfast we had a lot of choice including a full Engish. Staff were polite and helpful. One tip: when you arrive at the hotel, park in front and unload your bags before parking in the car park. Otherwise you will have to carry your bags up stairs to reception. On the whole a lovely hotel close to Lake Windemere. Will definitely stay here again. "

"We asked for a double room but the room we were allocated was a tad on the small side for 2 ppl also the shower was small, I went down to the reception and asked them if we could change rooms, the guy on the reception was very helpful and gave us a much better room. The room was clean as was the bed, the bed was a bit too firm for us (but you can't please everyone), the windows could have done with a bit of a clean but it didn't ruin the holiday it's not like I'm going to sit in the room all day looking out of the window. Parking was £3 per night which I thought was reasonable. When we go back to Blackpool I will definitely book here again."
