"We were looking for great beaches and decided on the Algarve - Albuferia as our base. Albuferia is an amazing place - but it is party central at night, so location is important. Bayview Apts is in a great location. Minutes to just about anything. Right near the tunnel to the gorgeous beach. Barely any noise at nighty. Located on the 1st floor gives you a nice patio with direct access to the pool. Bed was comfy. Past reviews complain about the sofa - it has been replaced. Didn't really cook,...

"The unit is located on the 4 floor of a walkup condo . It is airy and bright with a large sliding glass door in living room facing south toeards the ocean. The unit is located near a large grocery store , which is handy.The unit has been renovated and furnished with IKEA style furniture. The bed is new and quite comfortable. All in all it is comfortable compact and easy to clean. We have already booked our stay for next year."

"Exceptionally beautiful and well-run hotel. We stayed in a self-catering villa and it's certainly the best hotel we've stayed at for these rates per night (and preferable to having bed and breakfast at a lesser hotel). Fantastic beach and location. The only negative being the rather rusty and dated equipment in the gym. Overall, highly recommended."

"Spotlessly clean apartment with maid service 5 times over 10 day holiday. Pool was lovely. Only downside is nothing on your doorstep. A 25 minute walk to the strip and a 15 minute walk to local supermarket. When it’s 33c heat it’s nice to have things nearby. Shared a deluxe apartment with one bedroom 4 adults, 2 single beds and sofa bed in living room. Lovely place with very large balcony overlooking the pool with 2 sunbeds included. Realised once there that NO apartments apart from 2 more...
