"the apartment is in one location and the office you need to register is in a different ones requiring to take a taxi. It wasn't mentioned anywhere, not even in the building, creating us an hassle just arrived, however the apartment was big and clean. "

"There were many problems with the apartment. We had many problems such as our bathroom door wasn't able to close which meant we had to have a shower with the bathroom door open. How awful. Barcelona is a very hot country near the month of August and we phoned them asking if we could have an AC they said they had one. When we arrived we found the AC to not be working. Even the entrance wasn't even welcoming. As we open the door it gave an awful smell of a mixture of damp and rubbish, not only...

"So... The place didn't look like in pictures, the neighborhood was more or less decent, ugly a little bit since the first thing I saw when I arrived there was 2 prostitutes. Loudly neighbors, I didn't have electricity for half day on a Saturday!! ... When I asked to be change from location or at least a refund they said no due to their "low sales" and now I know why. At least the WiFi was free. I think cheaper cost more when it comes to a trip like this, I won't recommend it and I won't repeat...
