“I was a little apprehensive that the hotel (and adjacent museum) might be a little gimmicky, but they were not at all. The hotel is beautiful and unique. It has great charm and is in a great location. The museum is the most well done museum I've been to anywhere in the world. Plan to spend a 4-6 hours there. You won't be disappointed.”

“Spacious rooms and courteous service throughout. Check-in could have been better as cards did not work in the lift resulting in another 25min wait, which made me late for a meeting. Digital key on the app also didn't work. Breakfast was good but tepid coffee wasn't great. Overall good, just need to sharpen up on above points.”
