This hotel was sooo beautiful! The staff were all excellent and extremely friendly. I highly recommend upgrading to the club because the breakfast and tea time options are so delicious!

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. But it took a while to get to my room from ground floor because the hotel is so big (54 floors total) that I need to take 2 different elevators to get to higher floor.
