"We arrived at the hotel before lunch expecting to have to sit around waiting for our room. To our surpise we were checked in and in our room within 15 minutes. Absolutely perfect. Friendly staff and great service. Would easily stayagain"

"We had a family suite and it was a large space. The staff were professional and very efficient and friendly. The hotel was in a convenient location about 5 mins to the ferry terminal or rail. "

"The staff were absolutely excellent. The only disappointment was no bar in the hotel. My fault fornot reading the details properly but I have never known a hotel at this level to not have a bar or allow drinking alcohol by the pool or in reception. They decorated the room for my girlfriends birthday without me even telling them and the porters were very helpful as well"
