View was excellent
Nice place for the price. There really is no beach access on the property. Trail overgrown with thorny plants and was dangerous. However public beach access was close and walkable.

Awesome property and location!
Perfect vacation house for a family! Incredible location with awesome ocean view! The rock formations are spectacular! Very clean and comfortable with lots of room. Only 1/2 block from the Face Rock easy access to beach. Perfect small yard for dogs to use. Bandon is absolutely beautiful and fun. We would definitely rent this property again!!

Loved the location, right on beach. Could sit at dining table and watch the waves. The condo was clean & spacious. Loved the bonus room upstairs. Great ocean view. Was happy they accept dogs. The kitchen was nicely stocked with the needed basics and the dishes & pans were great

great place, but the picture is a little deceiving.
Everything was great. Really good location and beautiful view of the ocean. Note that the picture is not very accurate. The beach is not that close. To get to the beach you take a pretty steep trail. Would recommend going North a block and there's a trail that is much easier and safer to get to the beach. Would stay again!

Great condo to relax and enjoy the beach and the coast.
The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The queen beds were newer with softer mattresses, the king bed and twins could probably use a more comfortable mattress. The furniture was nice and comfortable and clean. The internet was good, and the television had a nice range of channels for when we needed some downtime. The view can't be beat, and we spent quite a few hours just sitting in the sun room watching the ocean. We completely enjoyed our time.

The home has a great location, beautiful view and short walk to Face rock. The private access to the beach is a bit narrow and shared with the other condo attached to this unit but that wasn’t a problem for us. It has beds to sleep 6 but the kitchen isn’t stocked well for cooking in the home. The back deck wasn’t big enough to sit outside but we easily just went to the beach.

The view out the window is spectacular. Just what we were after for a few winters days to watch the surf pound the rocks and relax. Even though the kitchen utensils are not as good as they should be, and no dish machine pods, we would probably look at staying here again. Never did hear back from Vacasa after I text with a TV question.

Nasty, stained carpet, mold on the shower head and worst of all vent with dry and mold that looks like it has been there for months at least. In addition horrible furniture and beds, dangerous rotting and algae covered steps to the beach, dishes damp and smelling like vomit. Could say more but you get the point

Beautiful Home, Spectacular View, Great Nieghborhood.
This is not a newer home, there is some wear and tear that is to be expected. We found this to be a very inviting home as soon as you walk in the door. It is so much natural light from all the large windows and high ceilings. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee cups, coffee pot, flatware, and utensils. The pots and pans were old but perfectly use-able. The pellet stove in the living room was easy to start with just one button, pellets were supplied. It was just right to to take the chill off in the morning and evening. Very comfortable living room with spectacular view! The upstairs bedrooms are roomy, with high ceilings, and large windows. The enclosed sunroom off the master bedroom had a the best view in the house. We all slept great, no complaints regarding the firm mattress's. This is where we want to stay for all of our future trips to Bandon.

Unsanitary, black widows, and property that is NOT maintained - Zero stars!
I would give this location zero stars if I could. Many of the property photos are taken from the adjoining condo next door, so it does not reflect the terrible condition of this property. The sun room shown is in 1 upstairs bedroom, so one of our guests could not access it, due to the location. She only had access to a door that leads to a deck with boards that are VERY unstable and a bench that is so flimsy it literally curves toward the house. Bugs in drawers, many spiders both inside and outside the home (including black widows), dirty carpets & appliances. It is not only unsanitary but unsafe. Due to matted down carpet and a stair that moves, one of our party fell down the stairs within 30 minutes of arriving and was injured, resulting in medical treatment being sought. Vacasa and the host couldn't have cared less, resulting in legal representation being necessary. The view of the beach from the sun room is nice, but not worth all of the hazards we experienced.

Birthday Visit
This property is in a nice location and has a wonderful view. The condo is a nice value for the price, but there are a few areas that are a bit run down. It definitely needs a few cosmetic upgrades. I would have been more concerned if we had had any young children in our group because of a couple ill fitting heater vent covers and an electrical outlet cover that was not attached to the wall so wires were exposed. It was behind a table, so maybe it hadn’t been noticed before. The beds we’re firm but comfortable. There were plenty of kitchen implements, pans, dishes and utensils. Overall we were satisfied with the accommodations.
