We enjoyed sunset walks on the River Trail with entrance located directly accross the street. Fenced back yard for pups. I would have given a five star rating if not for the multiple step ups and steps downs inside the house. I would not be able to bring my dad to this house. I tripped going from the kitched into hallway. For the agile, this house is perfect."

"Van and Deb provide the perfect little home away from home for visiting Kerrville. Everything was easy, cozy and just as it should be. I travel to the area a lot for educational needs out in the Hill Country. I will definitely stay here again. The deer in the evening, the fresh fruit and available snacks, the many books to read and the perfect cozy space for rest and relaxation, were exactly what I needed to come home to after long days in the field. "
