Hotel staff and valet staff were all so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of food items. Only suggestion I could make is to have more than one hand towel and some washcloths in our room. We will definitely be staying here again though on our next trip to Baltimore because of the wonderful staff!

They stay, room was great. However, it would have been nice to know that parking isn't free! And they have no free parking, in the area. On top of room cost, if you park there, then it was another 45 dollars. That was not mentioned anywhere when booking here.

Pros: the front desk staff was great- friendly & helpful, decent breakfast, decent warm pool, huge room. Cons: pull out bed hadn't had sheets changed and they were visibly dirty (they did immediately come to change them), chip crumbs on bathroom floor, shower floor wasn't super clean, room had a little funky smell, have to pay for parking (metered or $45 for valet/parking garage)

The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Lady had our bags ready before we could ask upon returning to lobby before our departure. Easy walk from Inner Harbor and tram. Most convenient to catch a ballgame.

This the best hotel to be at in Baltimore yeah may be a little pricey but it’s worth it the pools are open all year long they have free breakfast and a great gym ❗️❤️
