Quiet weekend in beautiful location
Lovely cosy gite snug for 2 besides the lake & river. Warm for winter & peaceful location. Great little place for relaxing & towns nearby for provisions & commerce etc thank you to Taunya & Brian for such a lovely welcome & the delicious cake !!

Perfect relaxation in an idyllic location!!
This gite is in the most perfect setting , you can’t help but relax. I slept better than I have ever slept! I certainly didn’t want to leave - in fact we were able to stay an extra night. The gite has everything you need and Taunya and Brian are so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There are some nice local restaurants and Taunya will book you a table if you ask. We will definitely be going back!!

Peaceful setting
We had a wonderful few days in this delightfully relaxing location. Waking up in the morning, sitting outside with a cuppa looking out over the lake was Idyllic. Taunya and Brian are a lovely and hospitable couple who made us feel very welcome. Many thanks and we'll be back soon.

Si vous voulez être dérangé seulement par les oiseaux, le bruit des cascades, les bonds des carpes dans l'étang, si vous voulez être en pleine campagne dans les arbres et être accueilli avec générosité et amitié, vous adorerez Laprade !

Un très agréable séjour au vert
Ces quelques jours au gîte de Taunya et Bryan ont été très relaxants, et ressourçants! La situation en pleine nature, entouré d’eau est très appréciable et agréable. Un vrai bien-être dès notre arrivée. Le gîte est bien équipé, on ne manque de rien, barbecue, terrasse... et pain, fromage et vin nous attendent à l’arrivée! Le petit plus: la piscine hors-sol, permettant un bon bain rafraîchissant en ces chaudes températures estivales. Nos hôtes sont charmants, merci pour tout! Aurélia

Calme et charme garantis
Belle propriété au calme, hôtes aimables et disponibles si besoin mais pas envahissant :) Pas facile à trouver avec les routes en travaux qui contrarient le GPS (mais ce n'est que temporaire). Malgré la canicule la maison se rafraîchit bien la nuit (juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de rideaux ou volets occultant la journée mais en même temps je n'ai pas demandé donc c'est juste une idée d'amélioration). On voit qu'il y a un effort de fait pour renouveler le mobilier extérieur notamment donc c'est sympa. A recommander que ce soit pour le gîte en lui-même ou pour la région.
