"Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. "

"Amazing stay at Treehouse Blue Villas. Property is well maintained, with all the required amenities such as Swimming pool , kitchenette having appliances like gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc are available. Caretaker Mr. Naresh was extremely helpful and took great care of all the visiting members. Overall , a perfect location for a family stay with beaches in near vicinity. "

"Will be 5 star, when it's refurbished! Currently very tired but about to be renovated. Beds (mostly) comfortable, fans in all rooms, a/c good but no hot water in the kitchen! Local managers, Basanti and Lochan, always available, helpful and delightful. Excellent location right by fabulous beach with a choice of shacks with sunbeds. Overall a lovely holiday."

"We arrived a day late. Appartment was on the ground floor. We had to walk through a construction site to get there .when we arrived. There was a strange man in the apartment cleaning the bathroom his bedsheets in the washing machine. Remember this is one day into OUR booking. "This really was a Soul Sanctuary. The property itself is amazing. It’s a nature’s paradise with lush greenery and pops of color. The beach area is spotless and inviting on a blistering day. The villas were immaculately maintained and very comfortable. The staff at the St Regis were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, polite and fun to converse with.
