"Everyone was really nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the floor wasn’t swept or wasn’t swept well, so my feet felt gross. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The property was very well organized, just over-all good customer service. Very spacious, cleanliness smell hits you in the nose immediately once you step onto your floor of your building. "The front desk staff and restaurant staff as well as housekeeping are always great and helpful! Free parking!!! Since many Dallas hotels charge 10.00 to 20.00 per day just for parking! My only negative comment is the hallway carpets need to be cleaned meaning steam cleaned or replaced! They are always vacuumed! "

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the parking attendants. In particular, Jasmine & an older black gentleman were just lovely. One complaint is that the tub was a bit slippery, and for seniors it’s a hazard to step into."
