Balboa Island Beach Hotel

"I stayed there for a week with my family and it was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants on Balboa Island and we were just a short drive to other great locations in Newport Beach and Huntington Beach. I couldn't have asked for more. "

"The property has a fantastic view of the bay with a nice patio to sit outside. Interior design and furnishings are lovely. Close to stores and restaurants. The gas fireplace wasn't operational. They would have fixed while we were there but we didn't want the inconvenience. (We had already waited a day then hung around a few hours for first inspection before repair person was to be called)The owner lives upstairs which wasn't a problem until someone in the family decided they should sweep,...

"We enjoyed the location of this home! Easy to take the ferry or walk into town. Home was beautiful and having a parking spot every day and not having to look for on street parking was icing on the cake! The cleaning person forgot to change the sheets in the master bedroom because they were not clean at all but I am sure it was just an oversight. We will definitely be staying here again!!"

"We have been coming for years to Balboa and this house by far had the best outdoor patio with plenty of room and an amazing view! The house is somewhat old but very roomy and had everything we could need!! Loved the location! "
