「It's a nice, quiet place. The pool is under the trees so constant cleaning is needed which is done often by the clients throughout the day. Avoid rooms 15, 16, & 17 as due to the design of the hallway, the mosquitos have no escape and congregate there in large numbers. The 2nd floor suites are lovely. The area is residental and is very quiet. 」

「This is my second stay at this property since its opening in november. The staff here make this an even more amazing place to stay. Housekeeping is always immaculate, the pool bathrooms always clean. The staff really seem to care about keeping this property in its near new state. Everything is conveniently located and within walking distance. 」

「El primer día me dieron una habitación qué no tenía buen WiFi porque era la más alejada, y en el día del check in out tienes que esperar a que revisen que dejas todo en orden antes de que puedas dejar el hotel, yo llevaba tiempo contado para ir al aeropuerto y eso si me molesto un poco. 」

「This resort is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the beach in Santa Cruz. As well, frequent shuttles are available to the Nirú Beach Club. All the staff at both locations are excellent. Highly recommend as a stay for couples or families. Lots of happy children in the pools!」

「Muy bonito el cuarto es muy amplio, con todas las comodidades lo que se podria mejorar es el colchon que se hundia al sentarse pero aun asi fue comodo para dormir y las almohadas que estan muy grandes, la alberca es de buen tamaño y el chapoteadero quedo excelente para mi bebe, en el restaurante excelente servicio siempre atentos y el desayuno incluido excelente!! Las señoritas de recepcion muy atentas.」
