The second to the worst hotel condition I have rented in my life. Furniture and bathroom condition I would expect in a condemned hotel to be demolished.

When you open the cr, you can smell a foul odor and for sure didn’t clean the place at all., seems like it wasn’t cleaned before we checked in. Linens are not newly washed also.

Average Accommodations needs improvement
Spartan conditions- toilet and bath with hot shower, double sized bed with aircon, clean white bed linens, two towels, toothbrush with toothpaste. No air exchange or vent. Staff needs more attentiveness training.

Improve services
Mosquitoes presence can be felt in the room. They can easily enter our room 1 each time we open it. My sons were dengue victims 22 and 49 platelets.
Thus post trauma is normal.The comfort room is dirty and the water is grayish. I booked a room with 3 beds as shown in the picture but ended with 2 beds only. A customer may pay at least cost provided with clean room.

for the is good and near in the SM City and the market ,the cleanliness ,,at the time when we are inside our room..a little bit smelly and the bin was full..

I was not given a room even though I already paid for it online. The front desk personnel just told me to raise my concern to expedia for a refund. I travelled long to Bacolod but this is what I get?? Too unprofessional.
