Genug Platz für 2 Familien, wir waren über Sylvester dort und konnten jeden Morgen unseren eigen Orangensaft pressen. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit.

Villa Fantastica
L'appartamento è ampio e ideale per chi desidera soggiornare vicino al mare in famiglia. Ha tutto quello che serve per una comodo vacanza al mare. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza Da lì si raggiunge in 5 minuti scarsi una spiaggia ben tenuta e con un mare sorprendentemente bello con acqua cristalline. Come punto d'appoggio è ottimo per partire (in auto) alla volta di mete come Siracusa, Noto (15 minuti), Lido di Noto, Vendicari, Pachino e Marzamemi.

Estancia estupenda!!
La casa es muy grande. Habitaciones muy espaciosas, los baños están nuevos y todo estaba muy limpio. El dueño de la casa, Pino, encantador y pendiente en todo momento de lo que necesitábamos. Bien localizada, playa cerca y buenos sitios donde comer. Muchas gracias Pino!

As big as old... and very spacious indeed.
The house is very spacious and Avola is a well-located starting point for one-day trips to historical cities in southeast Sicily (Ragusa, Noto, Syracusa). The owner is also very nice and helpful. Despite the very nice garden and the all the space it has, the house is actually very old, not to say almost falling apart: broken window blinds, rotted door framing, very old bathtub with broken shower holder, antique mattresses, rusty washing machine, sockets falling out, etc. The pictures can be quite misleading.

Beautiful house, super location, wonderful host!
We just returned from a 10-day family holiday in Sicily, where we stayed in Pino's beautiful Art Nouveau house in Avola. We were there with our three small kids and all of us enjoyed it immensely. Communication with Pino was easy and welcoming from the first exchange of messages, throughout our stay and even after we left. He made sure we were completely comfortable and was always on call for any queries. The house itself is a huge ground floor appartement with a pleasant terrace and garden, where we enjoyed several evenings sitting under the orange trees. There is also a barbecue, which we didn't use in the end as there are many good restaurants in walking distance of the house (or just a short drive by car). The location is perfect, as both the sea and local shops, cafés and restaurants can be reached on foot. In addition, Avola is a great place as a basis to explore the near-by historical towns of Noto, Syracuse and Ragusa. We would love to come back, ideally with extended family or a group of friends to make the most of the beautiful space, and warmly recommend it to anybody who looks at spending a few days or even weeks in the region!

Very spacious villa
The house is indeed very large. We were 8 people and were very comfortable. The table in the yard allows for everyone to have relaxing dinners outside. The yard is large and in shade most of the time (huge plus). Pino is extremely nice and lives next door, so he is ready to help and fast. However, the house is pretty old and needs renovation. Some chipped paint, old doors, rusted washing machine, the sockets fall out. The house has no airconditioning and is very hot, when it is hot outside. The location is good - 15 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the center of town.

casa spaziosa e completa di ogni comfort
noi siamo stati in 10 e siamo stati larghissimi!!!casa enorme e completa di ogni cosa. giardino con barbacue...uno spettacolo!!!la casa è situata in una zona tranquilla di avola..la cosa positiva è che a 10 metri sulla destra della casa vi è un ottima rosticceria e 10 metri a sinistra un bar dove potete mangiare la vera granita siciliana!!da non perdere!!il propretario è in loco molto disponibile per qualsiasi vostra esigenza.ad 1km è situata la spiaggia piu bella di avola...pantanello. unica cosa che non vi potrebbe piacere è il corridoio della casa(si vede in foto)ci vorrebbe qualche luce in più..e quando ci sono andato io vi è era solo un bagno..ma il secondo era in progetto..magari ora ce ne sono 2..ma per il resto tutto ok. ci tornerò sicuramente!!

abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in questa splendida villa. Il proprietario è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica. la casa, pulitissima, era corredata di tutto, vicino al mare e al centro della città, al mitico blue bar x colazioni con granite al caffè e mandorle, alla rosticceria per i buonissimi arancini; un grazie a Pino, il proprietario,a Corrado dell'agenzia Birrico per le splendide escursioni, al mitico Sebastiano guida del teatro di Avola e a tutti i siciliani e siciliane per la loro accoglienza e ospitalità che porteremo sempre nei nostri ricordi.
