Annual Hunting trip
Great place tucked away back in Avery Idaho. It was great to stay in a cozy house vs sleeping in a tent. Beds were comfy! We will stay here again.

Fantastic!
What a charming place to stay! Clean, cozy, warm and inviting! The host has everything you need for a great time. We really enjoyed having the comforts of home (washer, dryer, great mattresses, comfortable bedding and nice pillows, kitchen utensils and extra items just in case you forget something). We enjoyed the record player, cute decor, the historical books and the vintage photos that make a nice touch. We stay in Avery every year to go fishing and have stayed at many cabins in town, this was our first time at this particular cabin and I would stay here again for sure. A good sleep is very important to us and the beds made it possible for us to enjoy our stay even more! 10/10 stars!

Great Place
We had such a wonderful experience. We stayed mid summer with 3 kids and 2 adults. Every detail inside and outside the house was so perfect and well thought out. Toys for little ones inside, everything you could ever want to cook with. We even found a beer pong game. If you love the outdoors, this is the perfect place. Miles and miles to ride 4 wheelers, endless fishing, river time to float, all at the front door. We will definitely be back!

Slinging mud
We arrived Friday to a very cute cabin with very detailed and thoughtful amenities. Some amenities like a fire pit with cut and split firewood ready to go! Nothing better than coming back from a cold ride and sitting in front of a nice cozy fire. The cabin was super clean and tidy and was set up as if we never left our own house. Father's day weekend started off with a bang of a sxs ride Friday night to the top of Dunn Peak for a beautiful sunset. Arriving back in Avery just in time to grab some of the best fried chicken and flat bread we have every had from TPS Avery (definitely recommended). Saturday morning we pulled out a nice big griddle for a trashcan breakfast of steamy hashbrowns, sausage, and eggs, man I can still smell it! The cabin had a kitchen island in which we could all hang around and throw a little banter at each other. Then off to Wallace on the sxs. We were on and exploratory expedition to find a way to Wallace because the normal route over Moon Pass was cut off due to a massive landslide! I got onto a cool app called onX hunt which is a great hunting app that shows you maps of the area your in who owns the property and also let's you plan routes and can track where you have been. Pretty cool! So we found a route up Slate creek which took us to Dry Gulch and then out into Wallace. Only after crossing 7 tributaries that flowed into Slate Creek, and seeing an abundance of wildlife like Elk, Moose, and Deer. In Wallace we ended up having lunch at the 1313 club and sought out some antique stores. After Wallace was an adventure ride home up over Lookout Pass and via the Hiawatha trail, which was a lot faster route! Made it home in time to hit up some more of that yummy chicken at TPS Avery. Tired, wet and sore from a long ride we made a nice fire had some cocktails and enjoyed the evening. Woke up Brite eyed and bushy tailed Sunday morning and decided to go find another Fire lookout Tower. ( Dunn Peak has one) this ride would the us to Middle Sister Peak South East of Avery. Winding our way down Kelly Creek and East on Avery Timber road to Middle Sister beautiful ride with snow capped peaks...yea in June! We arrived at almost the top of Middle Sister but ran into impossible snow! So we all jumped out and hiked it to the top! What amazing views of snow capped peaks mixed with green meadows full of spring flowers what a sight! Better bring some warm clothes it was pretty chilly up on top! After Middle Sister we high tailed it back to Avery!
