"This penthouse property is located just steps away from shopping, restaurants, breakfast spots, and coffee; it was a short walk to the beach. Despite being so close to all the action, the condo was quiet and relaxing. The condo itself was immaculately clean, had plenty of blankets and towels, a well stocked kitchen, and comfy furniture. Private parking was perfect and because of the location we never had to take the car anywhere. We had the pleasure of meeting the condo owner as he owns the ice...

"This place is fantastic. It is right in heart of OC and just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The place is perfect for a small family. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. Check in/out was a breeze. The other folks staying on the property were super friendly too! Kristi and Chris had great communication. They are friendly and extremely responsive. We will be booking again in the future and can't wait for our next stay! "
