"Lovely pub on the outskirts of Colne and Laneshawbridge with easy access for the Dales and the moors around Skipton. Clean and comfortable accommodation, and tasty food. Definitely worth a visit."

"We stopped off at the Wheatsheaf after a very long day of driving. We were cutting it fine to get there in time for dinner but I phoned ahead and let them know we were coming. We arrived 5 minutes before last food order but we were made to feel really welcome and weren’t rushed at all. We had an excellent dinner before we even checked in! "Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Stayed in the deluxe king room with a large jacuzzi bath. All staff were friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely and they catered gluten free for me. Service in the bar and restaurant was 1st class. We have booked to stay again. "

"In yorkshire to do 3 peaks, noce and comfortable only downside is the small wet room (toilet room) We was ok with it but could see some people struggle with it. Overall lovely stay"
