"Localización es excelente. Muy cerca caminando de Puerta del Sol, la Gran Vía y otros sitios de interés. La habitación es práctica y moderna, pero definitivamente incómoda para 4 adultos. Funciona, pero para caminar estando todos es incómodo. Los empleados son muy amables y siempre están dispuestos ayudar. Un poco de ruido cuando limpiaban otras habitaciones y movían muebles, pero tolerable. No se escucha nada de la calle. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y reservaría nuevamente, pero escogería...

"We spent Christmas at the property with 3 little kids. It was very fun. All the mayor city sites are close, two city playgrounds are at least 5-10 minutes away(walking). The front desk was very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is wonderful our kids loved it too! "

"We had a lovely stay at this aparthotel. It’s in a great location and feels safe. The bathroom has a slight smell as it probably needs better ventilation and it was noisy in the mornings by workmen but apart from that - it was great!"

"This was our first ever visit to Madrid and our stay was absolutely the best at Gran View Apartments. The location is excellent as it is next to the best attractions in Madrid. The apartment was fabulous, and all the amenities were exquisite. We would certainly go there again. "

"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We stayed here 5 nights, the best nights of our Spain trip. Just half an hour from the center of Madrid. Quiet, accessible to shopping center, walkable distance to supermarkets like Mercadona and Aldi. It was clean, comfortable, great communication with the lobby, spacious, we couldn’t have had a better stay. "

"This apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just a few blocks from Atocha Station. Though our stay was brief due to an early train, we found everything in excellent order. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff was friendly—a rare and welcome surprise for this type of accommodation in Spain. Highly recommend for anyone needing a convenient and pleasant stopover!"

"Overall this property is worthy to stay again. It is close to the Royal Palace and other local food market, Grocery is downstairs and the metro is on the side of the stree. I requested a quiet room. The reception put us on the level 2, it is quite noisy in the middle night when the council collects the garbage every night. It is also very clearly to hear people were talking on the street. There is no onsite parking, we have to leave our car in a public car parking. The bath room drainer is...

"This is a convenient and friendly hotel. Each floor has a unique design, but without compromising convenience for "creativity". The staff is iinvariably helpful and responsive - with both internal hotel matters and outside bookings and recommendations. Not in the very center of the city. Yet, the hotel is just a 15 mins trip from the airport and it has a short and easy public transport, walking and taxi connection to the central parts of Madrid, as well as to various parks and attractions around town. "
