"This is a terrible place to stay, we booked the room since it was in a good location but the rooms and services were terrible, The virtual checkin is a terrible experience. No response from the staff, wrong check in information and response. The number is not responding and we had to check in after 2 hours of waiting "

"You are renting a save clean room with shared toilets, bathroon, kitchen, dining area and a backyard shaded by trees for smokers. It is located very conveniently for exploring Vienna on a limited budget for those with very modest accommodation requirements. You'll have to put up with some very noisy guests at times and not all house facilities are working as they should."

"The property is is a great location being walkable to Musuems Quarter and other attractions in the city. The room itself was a very good size and had plenty of storage space. However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. "The room itself is very nice and would recommend for a cheap get away however there is a problem with some people being very loud and a major problem being the larger amount of ants everywhere under the bed and on the countertop, it may be caused by under the bed not being cleaned as it had dust and food bits left under it"

"Lovely staff and clean and quiet. Beds are a tad uncomfortable and rooms warm without air conditioning. Bring your own shampoo and soap as the hotel doesn’t provide any though ask and they will give you some fellow travellers have left behind. "

"The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....

"Excellent hotel. Very nice staff. Very clean. They only clean your room/apartment 1x 3 days so be aware of that. They will/can clean it more often for free upon request. Nice breakfast buffet but it's at an extra cost but I think it's worth it. The only complaint is (this is NOT the Hotels issue) it's rather a hike to go to the main downtown area, so be aware of it. "Excellent hotel. Very nice staff. Very clean. They only clean your room/apartment 1x 3 days so be aware of that. They will/can clean it more often for free upon request. Nice breakfast buffet but it's at an extra cost but I think it's worth it. The only complaint is (this is NOT the Hotels issue) it's rather a hike to go to the main downtown area, so be aware of it. The transit situation is awesome so to make life easier familiarize and use the system. This hotel is within a 5 minute walk of the main train terminal. "

First Vienna trip

"Great place to stay. English is widely spoken which is a plus. Hotel location very convenient to local buses and trams. Also very easy to walk to museums and cafes. The hotel restaurant had tasty food and staff was very accommodating. We had connecting rooms which worked well for us and our preteen/teen. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Balint at the restaurant was especially helpful and gracious. We plan on returning to Vienna and will certainly consider staying here again. "
