"Smart, well-maintained hotel within easy walking distance of the Altstadt. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The ‘Keller’ and Skybar/restaurants offered different but equally pleasing atmospheres and the food in both was excellent. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable."

New and very cute place, the service is great, they let us hang out in the lobby even past our check out, as we booked a late train and everything was pretty much closed for Christmas at 1 pm. "Excellent hotel. Close to everything by tram or foot. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Only minor negative was that you can't control the heating as that is done centrally but the windows open."

"Everything was amazing really. My only observation was that given we’re in Vienna, the breakfast maybe could include some sausages? Anyways, besides that I’d say that if your 5 feet 11 inches or taller you probably should not consider the twin bed options as they are pretty small."
