Worst Host I Have Ever Dealt With BEWARE
Was contacted at 10:30 the day of check in that 1 unit had bedbugs and they had to give us a different locatio as we were boarding our flight. Since we were about to board our flight we choose the 2nd of the 2 replacement offers since it was closer to where we needed to be. We were offered 1 house: 5 bed, 2 bath replacement, no longer having 2 seperate/private living spaces. The unit that we were givin rents for quite a bit less and we were still forced to pay the higher cleaning fee, host fee, ect. for the 2 units even though we did not get to stay there. The host did absolutely nothing for our inconvenience, definitely the worse VRBO host experience we have ever had.STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOST UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. The unit we were give rents for almost 700.00 than the original unit we rented and were still charged. We rented the 2 houses with 5 bedrooms 4 bath and was given 5 bedroom 2 bath shared by 9 people, not ideal at all.
