Hello management, this is the second location, and possible last booking with you guys. This was the second home I’ve booked with you guys with a swimming pool within the last three months, only to be told the day before “the pool is green.” By this time it is impossible to cancel and find another location by the next day for the amount of people staying. It is infuriating to say the least. I demand some type of refund for this stay and my last stay as well. You need to enforce cleanliness of pools at all you locations. The displayed images on your site are a façade. This far, it’s been 0-2 for Pool cleanliness, and both times the pools were unsanitary and unusable.

Girls Weekend
The house/grounds need some work. The pool paint was peeling and did not look like the pictures. The grounds needed some work as well. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly and although VRBO sent a repairman, it took several hours and it was full of food. The sleeping area with the bunk beds were in a separate room off the garage and not connected to the inside of the house. That was deceiving in the photos. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped or organized. The interior doors were warped and difficult to close. The house was clean but not impressive. This property is highly overpriced for what you get.

A true hidden gem
We had the best vacation ever! The house was beautiful and well-equipped. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The living space was perfect for our family .. we cooked in the kitchen, ate inside and outside and the kids loved the selection of board games. However, the backyard was what really sold us. The pool was amazing, my kids spent hours in there. We star gazed at night and watched hummingbirds visit flowers in the morning. I love love love this place. The surrounding is tranquil and has tons of natural beauty. It is perfect if you want to get away from city life and noise. Our interactions with the locals were very friendly and the property manager was also very responsive. I would not hesitate to go back. 10/10

Great getaway
Long time friends met after twenty years to catch up on jobs, kids, and spouses. He house was perfect. Located on a golf course with good restaurants nearby and beautiful scenery. House was well stocked and comfortable. The backyard fire pit was perfect for catching up.

Fantasy Football Draft
We had 6 guys stay here. Place was clean and well appointed. Would only recommend the bunk beds for smaller kids. Top bunk is very close to a ceiling fan that an adult might wake up to a big headache with. We ended up putting that mattress on the floor to avoid that. Pool was great and outdoor speakers were greatly appreciated. Wifi was good as well.

Had a little hiccup with the ac and the room off the garage but it was worked out very fast.
Nice relaxing place with a ton of deer to feed. We enjoyed the patio speaker system for more pool side entertainment.

This is one of the nicest properties we have had the pleasure to stay at. Despite the cold weather my granddaughters loved the pool! The kitchen is set up to allow several people to work together to prepare meals. We had a great time!

Wonderful girls getaway weekend
It was delightful--beautiful, clean home and pool, easy check in and out, great neighborhood, clean beds and towels, and everything was laid out just as it said online. The small bunk room might be considered a little too far away from the group, and none of our ladies wanted to stay across the garage from the rest, but might be privacy teens would love away from a larger family group. I will consider booking here again when we are in town.

This is a great property and I would recommend to anyone. The pool was amazing and the house itself was everything the listing said plus more. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wondering if you should pay extra for the golf cart? The answer is yes, especially with little ones. My grandson loved it. We had a blast!

My husband and I have rented a lake house every year with our friends for the last 14 years. It is a beautiful home and backyard pool area. Perfect way to end a day in the lake. The neighborhood boat launch was probably one of the nicest ones we have ever used.
