"It is a single house converted to small hotel. No staff. Everything is very old but clean. Only a window AC unit for heating and works very slow. You need to figure out how to use it. It shuts off during the day and your room temperature is 56F when you are back at evening. It is very uncomfortable in Seattle wet, windy and cold later fall. "

"The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable."
