The room was dirty and the linens were stained with marks and bed bugs were there. I was not able to sleep all night. I notified the same at the front desk. They advised me to reach out to makemytrip for the complete reimburssement of the booking charges.i have all the pictures if you need any proofs to justify by complaint.

Nice clean hotel, only issues were dingy carpet in the room. Yet the room was clean and spacious. And the room key continued to deactivate consistently. Between 2 keys they deactivated 8 times. The front desk staff always made it right, every time, but it definitely affected our stay.
