Wonderful Family Weekend
We needed a large house to hold several families for our Family Reunion. We used the entire house; three floors. This house provided the perfect place for us. There were plenty of bedrooms for privacy; and every floor has a bathroom-no one had to wait their turn and yet we could still all meet in the dining room to share a meal together. The view from the upper floors is fantastic and the location is great, within walking distance to the ocean and stores and an ice cream shop nearby. Everyone had a great time!

Convenient Beach Block House
Overall, this was a very good house and I would recommend a stay here. The house was probably the cleanest house I have ever stayed in. It was very early in the season and whether that had something to do with it, I can't say. We had a chance to meet the property owner who was a great guy. This is huge house with two separate apartments which can be a bonus when you are having guests. Everyone has there own full space. The furniture was comfortable In the upstairs apartment. But, the downstairs living area needs different seating. The couch was uncomfortable. All the mattresses were very comfortable. Outside, there are three decks two of which are very spacious. You can easily see the beach without problem. There was an abundance of good outdoor furniture to enjoy. One must realize, though, the house is on the corner of Atlantic Avenue with its traffic. So one must contend with that from time to time. This is not a good house for people who can't climb steps. There are many steps just to get to the front door let alone the steps to get up to the second and third floors. So, if you want a house on beach block with many pluses and a very few minuses this is the place.

Perfect for Soccer families!!
We needed a location that could comfortably accommodate several families for the annual Futsal regional tournament. This place was beyond perfect. The players had there own rooms to hang out in and the parents had theirs. The players were able to eat meals together and the kitchens had everything we needed to cook. We will certainly look to rebook if we attend in the future.
