Family Beach Wedding Week
We rented the house for a family vacation leading up to the wedding of our niece. The home is beautiful, the location is excellent. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The 3rd main living floor is spacious and very, very nice. The kitchen is well equipped (except the terrible square coffee cups). Our family ran out of gas and were not able to cook our food for the last two days of the visit (the property owner did not respond to help resolve the no gas for cooking problem). Not only did we had to eat out with 10 people for two days - we also ended up throwing away much of the food that we purchased for cooking :(. The 'kids' commented that there were not enough hooks to dry out towels on and complained that there were no blankets in the living room area. All of the bedrooms are tiny and the main bedroom (only king bed) is small, not ocean front, and has the smallest bathroom. The tiny bathroom in the main bedroom had an annoying feature - the face plate to the shower jacuzzi fell off every time someone walked into the room. The big room on the top floor should be set up as the main bedroom to make this property more appealing to the person paying for the rental. The beds got a 'super comfortable' from everyone! There was one room that had space for a pack 'n play... other rooms on this floor are so small that you can't open the closet because of a night stand This house is beautiful, but I would not rent it again unless the bedrooms were re-configured.

Family Friendly Beach Getaway!
The property was wonderful with amazing views and entertainment for all ages. The property was well stocked with beach/pool accessories and all the luxuries of home, in the kitchen. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. We paid to heat the pool (October) and it was well worth the money. The only downside is all sound echos to the beach and front yard, so quiet time had to start early (before 9:30PM on a Saturday night) due to neighbors. Overall a fantastic stay and would book again.

Great house and vacation!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family (ages 14-84) really enjoyed this home! Fully equipped, fresh and clean, lots of seating, good location. It is adjacent to the public beach access so on busy beach days, there's a flurry of people on the walkway and it gets pretty packed right behind the house. This house has a lot of steps so the elevator was a saving grace for our older family members. Tracey was a dream to work with!

Lovely Beach House
We had a wonderful time in Atlantic Beach. We found the home to have everything we needed. The location was wonderful for kids to get back and forth from the beach. The view and the deck were our favorite!
