We arrived to the hotel late, maybe around 9pm and I asked the front desk clerk, Shante what was the rate for rooms tonight (I just wanted to compare to Expedia before I booked). She told me no rooms were available. Weird because it wasn’t a holiday or anny major events and people were still checking in. She just offered a woman, in front on me, who wasn’t satisfied with her room, another room. So I hit complete booking on my Expedia and told her to lookup my reservation. She said it didn’t matter and they would have to refund it. Long story short, manager came out and told her to give me a room. She didn’t say a word and handed me a key, didn’t even get my ID. I’ve stayed at alot of hotels before but this was by far the absolute worst I’ve been treated.
