"Great Customer Service! This was a lovely boutique hotel located not too far from old town. The breakfast was amazing and our kids really like the hotel. The hotel restaurant was a great place to get food and dinner as well, especially if you are tired and don't want to go back out to the town. We booked a two-room room connecting room but were upgraded to an two-bedroom suite. They had two pools, one for the adults and another for the kids. My only suggestion is that a fence or large tress...

"The hotel was great, the only issue we had was with the air condioning unit. It was very noisy and on full blast all of the time. We tried just turning it off but the room quickly became very hot. We did ask to be shown how to turn it down, but the member of staff said that it was not possible. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable."

"Very charming beautiful hotel, meticulous landscape and locate in the heart of ancient town. Restaurants, coffee shops, tailored clothing shops are everywhere. Pool is wonderful and clean, breakfast is plenty with a lot of choices. Night time is magical with lights and colorful lanterns, so romantic to sit on the boat and travel along the river at night. Will be back again to this hotel. Thanks for wonderful services "

"Great stay . View of Osaka castle from room. Just across the canal. Cherry blossoms in full bloom. Luxurious rooms although bathrooms are a little dated. Overall highly recommended "

The location of the hotel opposite Gateway of India was very convenient with shopping and extensive choice of food outlets in the nearby colaba area. The iconic Taj Palace hotel is connected and most public areas are shared by both hotels. The welcome ceremony conducted on check in is very unique and made us feel special.
