Cozy cottage, great location and wonderful hosts!! We really enjoyed our stay at Sweet Caroline. We were there for only 2 nights while we explored Pisgah National Forest (5-10 minute drive from the house) and the Blue Ridge Parkway. You can't beat the location. It's tucked away in a cute neighborhood and a 5 minute walk to downtown Brevard. Although we did not cook any meals while there, the cottage was well-appointed with all the kitchen utensils and applicances you would need. It was super clean and beds were comfortable. I can't say enough of how welcoming, helpful and hospitable Laura is--one of the best hosts I've encountered. Sweet Caroline is a must if you're looking for a safe, comfortable place to stay in Brevard.

Comfy Sweet Caroline Cottage
I whole heartedly recommend Laura’s and Scott’s cottage. First, they are so responsive. Never did I have to wait long for an answer to my questions. They provided clear instructions and expectations for a smooth stay. Laura did a great job touching base with us during our visit to ensure we were having a delightful experience. The cottage is more roomy than I expected. The bedrooms were a nice size with plenty of room for our dog’s crate. The bathroom is also spacious with plenty of counter top for all of my toiletries and hair products. The bathroom is well stocked with bath supplies and nice towels. Beds and linens are comfortable. We slept great while we were there!! The cottage is clean, well maintained, and well stocked. The outside seating areas are so cute! This is a great property and within walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants on Main St. It’s also an easy walk to the Lumberyard area. It’s a perfect place to stay! Thank Scott and Laura for sharing your lovely rental with us!!!

Perfect mountain stay!
Everything about the house was comfortable and clean! Being walkable to downtown was so much fun and the backyard and porch was perfect for our toddler. Beds and pillows were great, lovely linens. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We hope to come back and stay here again!

A Taste of Southern Hospitality
Sweet Caroline is a wonderful location. Scott and Laura go out of their way to make you feel at home. They met us upon arrival and made sure we were aware of all the amenities on the property that we could use including the fire pit and the Green Egg grill. We were able to walk to DT Brevard in less than 5 minutes to shop and dine. And my dog Bentley had loads of fun chasing the white squirrels on the property, although he never really got close to one. Gourmet coffee, high speed internet and comfy beds were my favorite things. I would certainly recommend Scott and Laura and any of their properties. They made our stay quite enjoyable. Page

Great location and beautiful home!
My husband, two young children, and dog had an incredible stay. Laura and Scott were friendly, accommodating, and responded quickly to any questions I had. The outdoor space is great! Eating dinner outside and roasting marshmallows was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance to an ice cream and bakery and we were surprised on Tuesday with a lovely street festival with bouncy castles and line dancing. Highly recommend and will be back!

Perfectly Downtown
This property (4 cottages/houses) was perfectly situated just far far away enough from the downtown area to allow for peace and quiet. Laura and Scott were fantastic hosts staying on the property in one of the houses. They even let us borrow their red Radio Flyer wagon to pull our toddler to town in.

Cozy Cottage in the Heart of Brevard
This was the perfect house for our quick weekend getaway. The location is ideal for easy walking distances to the many quaint restaurants and shops in downtown Brevard. The house itself offers plenty of comfort and a wonderful front porch for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The hosts are very attentive and accommodating. We look forward to our return.

This tidy, attractive group of three or four rental properties is perfectly located for walking to eateries etc. Each home has its own fire pit, outdoor seating area, more than ample parking. Indoors displayed attention to detail & thoughtful touches. Hosts were extremely helpful and accessible. Self-entry appreciated. Thanks very much for your gracious hospitality!
