"This is my second time back at the hotel because the first time was exceptional and I have to say this time was even more exceptional! This is my hotel of choice when I come to Tokyo. For me it’s prefect and what I love as me and my best friend said is that the area it is in is much better than being in the busy tourist spots but yet it is convenient to get anywhere from the hotel. The staff if exceptionally wonderful and the hotel should be very very proud of them. The property is marvellous....

"Top-notch hotel. Client changed the time of an online meeting at the last minute and I needed a quiet location to have the meeting. The check-in was fast and easy even though I booked the night before. The room was quiet and clean so I could prepare for the meeting and the room had an excellent WiFi connection. Plus, the view of Tokyo tower was amazing. Excellent place with correspondingly excellent WiFi. Great ambiance also - it’s a restful place where you can get things done."

"We came to the hotel early but was allowed to leave the baggage until check-in time. The check-in was fast. We were also offered towels to dry ourselves as we were wet from the rain. Although the furniture of the hotel was rather dated (would be nice to have a refresh) ,the rooms are extremely clean. The shower do tend to fluctuate from cold and hot. Overall, I have to say it’s comfortable just don’t expect any frills and for those family with young children, be prepared to see some night...

"This is my second time back at the hotel because the first time was exceptional and I have to say this time was even more exceptional! This is my hotel of choice when I come to Tokyo. For me it’s prefect and what I love as me and my best friend said is that the area it is in is much better than being in the busy tourist spots but yet it is convenient to get anywhere from the hotel. The staff if exceptionally wonderful and the hotel should be very very proud of them. The property is marvellous. My only issues which aren’t issues this year is that our fridge in the room wasn’t working quite well but it worked enough and it wasn’t any issue for us at all. Other than that there is nothing bad about this hotel. It is my favourite out of all my global travels and once again I will be staying here on my next visit to Japan. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Tobu Levant for a perfect stay, see you next time"
