"après un accueil très très sympathique de la part de Paloma, nous avons pus profiter de sa très belle maisons. Cette dernière dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et est très agréable par des température de 40° la climatisation et la piscine ont été appréciées...la voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer dans les environs. "For a 3-star hotel it is excellent. In front of La Gran Via and the Santo Domingo bus and metro stops, it makes moving through Madrid a breeze. Carefour grocery is nearby, so are restaurants and ice cream shops. Near Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and other landmarks in the area."

"Nice centrally located property in a busy touristy area on Gran Via. We liked the apartment style hotel with plenty of space for our family of 8. Lots to do and see around the area. However there is a lot of city noise and the apartment does not have much noise buffering. Woke up a few times to sirens, loud talking and garbage collection. Otherwise a great stay. Would consider staying here again "

"This has to be my favourite hotel in Madrid. Not only are the staff amazing regardless of the department they work in but the location is excellent to discover the city on foot. Great shops, fabulous restaurants even though the in house restaurant is to die for!! Great food, excellent wines and great prices too! It really is a home from home and the beautiful cheery rooms with City view make your stay one to remember!!"

"Best hotel to stay in downtown. Centric to everything! I stayed for 6 days and I never took any bus or subway, everything’s steps away from the hotel. Breakfast yummy, staff friendly and accommodating. Clean, clean and clean I highly recommend this place. "
