"If you want a secluded area to be away from the hustle and bustle of tricycles and other noises, this is the place for you. That’s exactly what we wanted. Pros: Staff: friendly and helpful Food: great not perfect Vibe/environment: jungle forest like feel -a plus was the two dogs that you can walk around. "We were treated like a VIP, staff were courteous, smiling and very professional particularly Front Desk person named Arlene or Erlene?. Very friendly staff Since this property is away from the rest of the hotels, Or restaurants there’s only one choice of restaurant- food was great but if you eat late most ingredients are gone. I’ll still recommend the property "

"Had a one night stop over, close to airport and restaurants so ideal. The resident dog, Spike was friendly and a welcome surprise (he had a Hawaii shirt on) It can get a little noisy on the corridors but all in all better than what I was expecting for the price."

"Excellent place to stay if you have plans for the Underground river. Make sure you have shuttle service and they will pick you up from this hotel. The staff is great and the rooms are very clean. They have a great breakfast and dining options. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this place."

"We've been here before so we already knew that the rooms are worn, that there's no WiFi in the room (and in the public areas where there is - it's poor), that the grounds need more attention, and that the public restrooms near the sports desk are disgusting. The boats are also awful, with uncomfortable plastic benches. We returned anyway because the view is spectacular, the pools are fantastic, and the food at the restaurant is OK and reasonably-priced. Having no other such island resort option...

"Quiet location. Very friendly host and staff. Pool was pleasant. Some aspects of the property are run down, but this is the result of Covid and does not impact on the room and general living conditions. A recommended stay."
