Property management was very quick to respond to our needs. We had 7 people so enough room for all of us however the kitchen was quite small. Would be great for Family with children.

Tiki Time Property review
I would give a 4.5 rating. We had a very nice stay and the property was just the right size for our family. Communication was great. We had problems with the television and when we texted got a prompt response and resolution of the problem. The outside patio and lawn area was nice too. The only reason we didn't give a 5 was cleanliness. The table had food on it, the floors were dirty and the refrigerator had ketchup or something all over the handles and the inside of the refrigerator and freezer were not clean at all. We had to totally wipe it all down and wash the drawers before we could use it. The floor under the sectional sofa really needs to be cleaned too. There is dirt, dust and pieces of food underneath that you can see from the edges. I know that time is limited, but if that was cleaned even once a month under the sofa, it wouldn't take much. thank you.

Tiki Time fun!
This is our second stay in this cabin. They are great to work with. The cabin is clean and set up nicely set up for a larger family. The garage area is especially nice with its own bar area, tv, frig and games to use. We will be sure to come back!
