"We love coming here. We normally do 2 trips a year. Our dog seems to enjoy the farm - looking at the cattle and this time we saw kangaroos. Merci loves running around freely. It's a peaceful time for us. We find the place accommodating. It is clean and the amenities are more than adequate. We particularly love the log fire. We will be back next year."

"Wonderful despite the rainy weekend. The tiny house was cosy with a toasty fire, or diesel heater when we wanted instant heat. The shower was hot, the bed comfy. Our hosts made sure we could get across the paddock to the tiny house when it was looking too damp for our car to make the journey in the wet. At night the stars were clearly visible from our own private river valley, complete with our own outside fire place beside the river. We took advantage of a tasty breakfast from the main house...

We couldn’t resist buying a few bottles. Perfectly located for our visit to Shiraz Republic the next day where we picked and stomped grapes!"

"A stunning location and we had a great time for the first couple of days but rain for the last two and little or no gravel on the visitor driveway meant that we struggled to get out of a muddy driveway in our 2 wheel drive car. There is no one on the property and no mobile coverage so it is all the more important to have this rectified. We had to park in the other driveway which made our trips to and from the car long, messy and muddy. This is not good enough given how much this place charges....

"The place surrounding with the greeny and lovely animals is incredibly beautiful and quiet. The room with a big window facing to the prairie is neat and everything was prepared. Owners are lovely and friendly. Just amazing! "

"Loved our stay at Tiny Home on a Hill. Very quiet and peacefull. Our little girl loved meeting the sheep, lamb and chickens and feeding them in the morning. Max is the kindest and most generous host and was happy to share her knowledge of off grid living. Also shared some of her herbs from her giant vegie patches, some fresh eggs from the chooks and a taste of her organic wine made from the vines on the property. Great place for a couple or with one young child. Would highly recommend. "

"The host Sarah was more than accommodating. We stayed in a lovely cabin with views of the surrounds, kangaroos grazing as the sun started to leave us. Everything in the way of breakfast was provided for us to help ourselves. Main kitchen well stocked and there was also a huge spa. It was lovely and relaxing and exceptionally quiet just as we liked after a long drive. Thank you very much Sarah, the cabin was cozy and comfortable and just what we were looking for.
