"Great value, was able to check-in late (after 9pm) but check with staff first. Bed in cabin was very firm but I didn't expect a hotel bed anyway so no worries. Cabin lost power in one evening and I had staff remedy the next day which was just its power cord had come loose."

"This property (with three rentals) is incredibly delightful. Each cottage is very separate with views looking in different directions which gave us a 100% feel of being the only ones there. The cottages have been beautifully built and furnished with everything you could need. We were there in the middle of winter. "Our family of parents and 17 and 12 year old kids enjoyed our stay and the cottage was as advertised, cosy and functional. We enjoyed the pastoral outlook to the hills, the visiting chooks, and the prelaid fire. Our hosts turned on the lights and heater for our evening arrival - very kind. Our daughter LOVED the mezzanine bedroom and we all enjoyed the short drive to phenomenal bushwalking and the quiet away from the bustle of a very busy long weekend in Halls Gap."
