Our suite was nothing short of luxurious, with elegant decor, spacious interiors, and a stunning view of the Parisian skyline. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the freshly made pastries delivered each morning, was simply outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable, offering personalized recommendations and making every arrangement seamless. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a highlight, with each dish a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. We had adjoining rooms which was great for a family of four. We arrived with champagne and chocolate to greet us. The cleaning service and turn down was great. Would definitely stay again

I was thrilled to at last be able to stay there. Staff was above and beyond kind and friendly. Le Relais in the hotel was the best meal of our trip! I felt incredibly welcome and hope to return next year.

We had a wonderful stay. The service was impeccable. The steam room, sauna and meditation room (with fresh juice and treats) were perfect after a long day of walking. The hotel is absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful hotel that was very accommodating and the people working were friendly. Two big issues that I had: we saw a mouse on the first floor on two separate occasions. One was in the lobby waiting area and the other was during our dinner at Casa Tua. More importantly, I proposed to my fiancé during our stay and requested a bottle of champagne and flowers to be placed in the room for the proposal. They knew in advance of our stay and were reminded the first day we arrived, which they said would be their pleasure to accommodate. To my surprise, all they did was tie a couple of party store balloons to our headboard. No flowers and no champagne. That was very disappointing as I expected much more from an elite 5 star hotel charging over $1200 EU per night. Ultimately, it was a really nice hotel, but I will always be disheartened by how they handled our engagement.
