"Cobwebs in all the corners. Found a sock in one of the beds and a game piece under a couch cushion while looking for the listed futon. Only 3 of us this trip so we just picked clean beds/rooms and it did not impact or stay. Listing says it sleeps 12 but there is not room for 12 sets of luggage, nor anywhere to unpack things. We lived out of our suitcases and would have been tripping over each other in the bedrooms had we had more people with us. Only actual negative for us was the overgrowth on...

"The views of Lake Huron at this rental were beautiful!! We had the beach to ourselves which was great.The cottage has some updates but could have used a good cleaning on the outside ... lots of cobwebs and dead bugs and spiders greeted us at the front door. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of hot water for showers. The hot tub was a nice addition and the beds were very comfortable. Rental price was high for the area maybe because it was Labor Day weekend (?) "

"The cabin was as described in the listing and it was also very quiet in the nearby surroundings. Overall, the cabin was clean, has a kitchen with a supply of dishes and utensils, and had plenty of space.The internet WiFi was sufficient as I did not receive good cell connectivity (AT+T).The host was very responsive to my questions."
