Welcome to your cozy retreat nestled on the second floor of a historic waterfront building, overlooking the picturesque Apalachicola River. Please note that access is by stairs only. This spacious, fenced-in apartment is pet-friendly and features a private balcony where you can unwind and take in the scenic views, and docking for one boat.

The bedroom comfortably accommodates up to three guests with a queen bed and a twin bed. The living room offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the apartment to sleep up to five guests in total.

Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi as you soak up the coastal ambiance.
