"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. "Actually the guest who is going to occupy the room due to unsafe are due to self parking which is too hard to find one, the places for leisure places mentioned didn’t exist. He dislike the place and asked for refund on Dec. 10th which more than 24 hrs since the reservation is until the 12th."

"I booked 10 days hotel stay, confirmed by hotels.com app, paid the first 5 days and rhe next 5 days was "pay at the hotel" scheme, but hotel cancelled my 2nd 4 days because they have to prioritizesome guests who extended their stay. This is the first time in so many years since I used this app that i ever experienced cancelled reservation. This is very rude, and without any prior notification. "It's dirty, cockroaches in unit. not convenient to stay with, beds and pillows are need to be changed. LPG hose was not hooked up with the stove, when we're about to use it, lpg leaked. Not safe! No elevator. Lost and found item not returned. My wife left 2 pairs of new slippers in our early check-in room, and never see it again. Avoid this place. "
