"We only had one night in Kandy on this trip. The Radh is positioned within a couple of minutes walk of the sacred tooth temple and so was ideal. The staff were all very.pleasent and helpful, right from check-in until we checked out. The rooms and facilities were great. Shame we didnt have longer to enjoy this wonderful hotel. "

"When we arrived the hotel was closed. We were given no notice. We were concerned as we had already paid for the hotel. A security guard directed us their sister hotel who honoured our booking which was great but not the experience we expected. I would say the pictures must have also been misleading given it was closed for renovation. The sister hotel was in a great location but very old and rooms not great. Would have preferred to be told and have booked elsewhere. "

"This place is amazing, the service was exceptional from arrival to departure, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. The food was excellent with good choices for both breakfast and dinner. I would truly recommend this bungalow if you are ever going to Kandy. "
