lovely cottage
A cute and beautiful updated cottage near the Anna Maria Island Pier and around the corner from the fabulous Waterfront Restaurant (90 min wait times, so go early or plan) and Two Scoops ice cream another island favorite. Clean and bright place with lots of windows and comfortable seating.

Great little island cottage
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Anna Maria and this place was in a great location. Close to the water and lots of restaurants and shops.

Great location to bay side
We enjoyed our stay on the property. It was clean and cozy. My only complaint is they had two different papers displayed with the trash pickup days and they were both different days so we ended up missing the trash pickup while we were there.

Best location on the island. Cottage is exactly what you want to find at the beach. This is my second of many more to come.

Cockroaches and Mold!!!
Upon entering the home, we were hit with a strong smell of musty mold. Over the two days we stayed, we’ve had to deal with 3 massive flying cockroaches and ants swarming all over the kitchen. The bathroom shower handle was put on backwards and the shower curtain was soiled and full of mold. The entrance to the property was through a broken gate with nails sticking out that could harm my child. Though the location was good, we were very disappointed and disgusted. I stay at rentals often, and this is the worst I’ve stayed in.
