"The location was good but there was a wedding so the noise started from 12 00 to 23 30 non stop. Then on Monday there were noise of work building at an early hour so i struggled with this. The keys didnt work several times so going to the ither building ( the hotel hast 2 parts) and try to fix the keys is a pain... The spanish bar beside called "a bocados" is 5 stars."

"We had one night at this hotel and we were given an apartment lots of space. Unfortunately when it came to bed time ther were no sheets on the bed as it was after midnight we did not feel we should disturb people so we managed Otherwise the hotel was Very close to the town square with lots of restaurants and full of life"

"Just returned from a 3 night stay at Fernando III. It’s in a fantastic location , right in the heart of Seville old town with lots of tapas bars , restaurants and sights right on the doorstep or just a short walk away Room was very clean and modern . Unfortunately was a bit too chilly to use the rooftop pool this time but I can imagine it’s a great spot on a hot day . Staff were so helpful , especially the lady on reception who kindly booked Real Alcazar tickets online for us (sorry didn’t get her name) Nice lounge area , great for a nightcap . Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in a great area in the beautiful city of Seville "
